Pacific Sky Supply, Inc. is an AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 registered organization that places a strong emphasis on quality. We utilize the latest in advanced inspection and measuring equipment, and perform regular internal audits and management review to support our Manufacturing and Quality Departments. We do not shy away from continuously improving our business as a whole.
Raw materials, finished goods and outside services—vital to the quality of manufactured product—are procured per the required design specifications, from suppliers that have been evaluated and approved by our Quality Department.
Certifications are verified routinely to ensure conformity to the specified requirements. At each stage of manufacturing, dimensional accuracies are checked against the drawing, using advanced, calibrated measuring instruments. All critical part characteristics are inspected 100%. Non destructive testing is also performed on-site, where certified personnel perform both fluorescent penetrant inspection and magnetic particle inspection to design specifications.
We have consistent dialogue with our Quality Assurance Representatives (QAR) from Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) for our defense product and with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for our civil aviation product. We perform a rigorous First Article Test (FAT) and Production Lot Test (PLT) when customers require it, for acceptance at source or destination.

DCMA regularly audits Pacific Sky Supply, Inc. in its capacity as a defense manufacturer, as does the FAA for our Parts Manufacturer Approval product. We are also proud to have an approved Company Profile with the United States Air Force. Audits, reviews and approvals such as these enable us to continue being a manufacturing source for various critical application and critical safety items; where with defense product, we undergo a separate review called a Source Approval Request.
